My son is 14 years old and he's into the martial arts. He has a Black Belt in Kararte and he switched to Tae kwon do. He's about to test for his Black Belt in that. As a father I want to give him all the tools he need to survive in this cruel world.
Anyway, I know what I'm about to ask maybe a pipe dream but I'm going to give it a shot anyway..... I was wondering if Floyd Mayweather could give my son some of his exercise routines and what will help him with his speed as far as hand speed. Now, this request is really going out on a limb...
